Concrete Sealing
Commercial-grade protection for your driveway. One application lasts 2–4 years.
Why seal your concrete?
Northeast Ohio's freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, and moisture are brutal on concrete. Without protection, driveways develop cracks, spalling, and surface deterioration that lead to costly repairs.
Sealing your concrete after a power wash is the single best thing you can do to extend its life. We recommend reapplication every 2–4 years for continuous protection.
Our approach
- 1
Surface preparation
Concrete must be clean and dry. We recommend pairing with a power wash for best results.
- 2
Silane-based penetrating sealer
We use commercial-grade Silane sealer that penetrates into the concrete rather than sitting on the surface. It won't peel, flake, or change the appearance of your driveway.
- 3
Even application
Applied evenly across the entire surface for uniform protection against moisture, salt, and freeze-thaw damage.
- 4
Before & after documentation
Photos of your driveway before and after sealing, sent directly to you.
Best for
- New driveways (seal within the first year for maximum protection)
- Freshly power-washed concrete surfaces
- Driveways that haven't been sealed in 3+ years
- Homeowners looking to prevent costly concrete replacement
